Abrafi is a LGPC working under the supervision of Dijah Storm, LCPC.
Abrafi has experience working with elementary age children, adolescents, and young adults. She spent 6 years as a school counselor working with students, helping them build their academic, personal, and social emotional skills. She has helped individuals overcome and manage their symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and grief.
Much of her experience has been working with teens and young adults, but Abrafi enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life and all ages.Abrafi uses an eclectic approach to counseling rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, individualizing treatment based on the needs of each person.
Abrafi grew up in Maryland and received her Bachelor of Art in Psychology and Family Science from the University of Maryland and her Master of Education from The University of Pennsylvania in School and Professional Counseling. Outside of her work as a clinician, Abrafi enjoys spending time with her friends, attending concerts, traveling, and exploring new places.
