Alexis pulls from evidenced-based modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and views the client as the expert on their life and experiences. Alexis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Towson University and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland.
