Amen Okojie is a LGPC working under the supervision of Jennifer Valenta LCSW-C.

Amen is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and foster growth. Amen believes in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in an eclectic approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, and mindfulness.

Amen has experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families with a variety of presenting concerns including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, trauma, stress, and adjusting to change and life transitions.

Amen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from University of Maryland Baltimore County and received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College.
