Meet Cooper — our sunshine-loving, ball-chasing, professional good boy! Cooper was born in January 2014 and has spent years bringing comfort, smiles, and calm to people in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Whether he’s helping someone feel grounded during a tough day or simply offering a friendly face and wagging tail, Cooper takes his job very seriously… unless there’s a tennis ball involved.
After taking a well-deserved six-year “retirement” to relax in the sun with his dog sister and keep his two cat siblings on their toes, Cooper is excited to make his return as an emotional support companion. He can’t wait to meet new friends, share cuddles, and remind clients that sometimes healing starts with a wet nose and a warm presence. Come meet Cooper at our Hanover, PA location! Areas of Specialization: Emotional support, anxiety reduction, grounding and mindfulness support, comfort during difficult conversations, companionship, stress relief, and providing unconditional positive regard. Ages Served: Children, adolescents, adults, and anyone in need of a comforting furry friend. Clinical Modalities: Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT), emotional support interventions, grounding techniques, mindfulness support, and therapeutic companionship. |
