I bring a holistic approach to therapy. Using cognitive-behavioral methods and other evidence-based techniques, I will support you on your journey inward. We will examine past and present influences that have shaped you, helping you recognize your own power and release anything keeping you from your greatest good.
In conjunction with therapy, I encourage my clients to practice other approaches for coping such as yoga, exercise, meditation, and aromatherapy. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling for a diverse group of clients that have concerns with the following: depression, anxiety, stress, suicide, trauma, relationship issues, grief, & legal issues.
