Jenna is passionate about helping each person and family navigate their journey through the world and the bumps that appear along the way. She creates a safe environment that encourages people to feel open and learn more about themselves. Jenna understands that no two clients are alike; to do this, she uses person-centered therapy to tailor each person’s sessions to their specific needs. She utilizes a variety of theoretical approaches and techniques, including psychoeducation, mindfulness, CBT, motivational interviewing, relaxation training, and psychodynamic counseling. Jenna received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Stevenson University. She then went on to receive her Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling from McDaniel College. Jenna has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families through a variety of concerns including anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, grief, and depression. She values empathy, creativity, and authenticity, which she applies in sessions to best support everyone she sees. In her free time, Jenna enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and dog.
