Jessie (she/her) is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) working under the supervision of Hannah Snyder, LCPC.
Jessie provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore, heal, and grow. She offers compassionate, personalized therapy and draws from a range of evidence-based approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her clinical work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and she also incorporates Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and Nature-Based Therapy when appropriate. Jessie works with individuals across the lifespan, from adolescents to adults, tailoring her approach to each client’s developmental stage, goals, and life circumstances. She understands that life can feel overwhelming at times, bringing stress, grief, loss, or a sense of feeling stuck. Jessie collaborates closely with her clients to help them reconnect with their strengths, build insight, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change. Jessie earned a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Prior to becoming a therapist, she spent over 13 years working with high school students in an educational setting, gaining valuable insight into adolescent development and the emotional, academic, and social challenges young people face.
