Jill Bankard is a counseling intern under the supervision of Kate Sprague, LCSW-C.
Jill is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University. Jill is a veteran and former first responder and hopes to use her experience to connect with others of similar backgrounds. Jill is open to working with clients of all ages and will seek to create a safe, non-judgmental space where one can share their story. Jill is interested in providing a variety of different approaches focused primarily on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and solution focused brief therapy (SFBT). She will use an individualized process to meet each client’s unique needs to best assist them throughout their therapeutic journey. Jill is committed to building a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
