Julia is an intern under the supervision of Jessica Ryan, LCSW-C.

Julia will graduate with her Master's of Social Work degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore in spring 2026. In 2024 she earned her Bachelor's degree from Washington College, where she majored in human development and theatre. Julia embraces an eclectic strengths-based approach, blending elements of cognitive behavioral therapy with psychodynamic and humanistic perspectives to best meet client's needs.

Julia aspires to provide a welcoming therapeutic environment that empowers people to create the change they want to see in their lives, and move towards a fulfilling future. Her passion for individual therapy stems from the belief that every person should be allowed a space to express themselves and work through their thought processes freely and without judgement.
