Lindsay is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor working under the supervision of Khadijah Javaid, LCPC and Elizabeth Higdon, LCSW-C.
As an empathetic and understanding therapist, Lindsay provides a safe and comfortable space for her clients to open up. She is passionate about her clients and strives to inspire them to work towards their goals to live the life they want to live.
Most of Lindsay's experience is with children, adolescents, and adults, and she works with a range of issues such as anxiety, ADHD, anger management, life transitions, depression, and trauma. She uses an integrative, client-centered approach while using CBT techniques. She believes the therapeutic relationship is very important and focuses on the individual needs of the client.
Lindsay attended Towson University for her undergraduate degree and McDaniel College for her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Lindsay is in the office Monday-Thursday.
