Linzi is under the supervision of Jessica Ryan, LCSW-C.

​Linzi was born and raised in Western Maryland and is a recent graduate of Frostburg State University, where she completed her Undergraduate Degree in Psychology. She went on to achieve a Master’s of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology  from Frostburg State University.

Through the course of her studies and career, Linzi has formed a passion for working with women, teens, adolescents, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. She has worked with a variety of mental health diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), dissociative identity disorder (DID), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), gender dysphoria, body image, self-esteem, and emotion dysregulation. She has experience with individual, couples, and family therapy. General modalities of clinical practice include elements of CBT, IPT, and person-centered therapy.

Linzi believes everyone deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and confident in themselves to achieve a prosperous and rewarding life. She prides herself in fostering an environment that promotes this personal growth and is very excited to practice at Anchor Counseling Centers.​
