Lydia Heimlich is a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) with a degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and family settings, with a particular focus on perinatal and postpartum mental health, neurodivergent women, and parenting support.
Lydia takes a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, recognizing the deep connection between mind, body, and lived experience. She draws on a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, attachment-based therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches to meet each client where they are.
