Lyric (she/they) is a queer, nonbinary, polyamorous therapist who believes that healing is a radical act. Rooted in a liberationist framework, Lyric’s work acknowledges the impact of systemic oppression—racism, colonialism, transphobia, fatphobia, ableism—on mental health, relationships, and self-worth. They create a space where clients can reconnect with their inner wisdom, challenge harmful narratives, and move toward self-defined healing and liberation.
Lyric integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support both deep emotional exploration and practical change. Their style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, grounded in the belief that all parts of a person are welcome. Lyric specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent individuals, and those navigating identity, or life transitions. They also hold affirming, knowledgeable space for people engaged in kink, BDSM, and ethical nonmonogamy—including polyamory and relationship anarchy. Lyric is committed to providing a therapeutic space free of shame and stigma, where clients are not asked to justify or explain their identities and relationship structures. Whether you’re exploring who you are, healing from harm, or simply seeking support as you navigate this world, Lyric is here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and deep respect.
