Maria Hoseit is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) under the supervision of Susan Buczkowski, LCSW-C.
With over a decade of experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and trauma, including specialized care for military families and individuals in crisis. She provides compassionate, trauma-informed therapeutic care grounded in advocacy, safety planning, and emotional support during challenging life transitions. Maria earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University and holds an LMSW recognized in Maryland. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she delivers culturally responsive, strengths-based care to children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. She is particularly passionate about helping children develop emotional regulation skills, build resilience, and navigate recovery from trauma, while supporting families to foster safe and nurturing environments. Maria welcomes clients of all backgrounds and is especially focused on supporting children and adolescents through individual therapy, as well as working with families to strengthen connections and coping strategies.
