McKenna is practicing under the supervision of Kate Sprague, LCSW-C. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stevenson University and her master’s degree in Clinical Professional Counseling from Loyola University Maryland.
McKenna values creating a therapy space that feels genuine, welcoming, and collaborative. She believes that personal growth looks different for everyone and views therapy as a collaborative process shaped by each individual’s unique experiences. McKenna has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults addressing anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and life transitions, and aims to help clients feel valued, heard, and genuinely understood. Outside of work, McKenna enjoys spending time with her fiancé, taking her dog on walks, and being outdoors.
