Sade is under the supervision of Elizabeth Higdon, LCSW-C, with experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, and group settings.
Sade is passionate about supporting and strengthening children and families, as well as helping adults recognize, address, and resolve trauma. Her therapeutic approach integrates a variety of modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based approaches, and family systems theory. She has experience working with individuals navigating ADHD, childhood trauma, depression, and emotional dysregulation. Sade believes therapy is a powerful tool for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. Sade holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Studies from West Virginia University and earned her Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration from the University of Maryland School of Social Work.
