Yveline is an LCSW-C (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), who is
committed to helping her clients improve their mental, emotional and
spiritual health. She works with children, young adults, individuals, and
families using an eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each
new client. Yveline helps her clients identify the changes they want to
experience and supports them each step of the way.
Yveline has experience working as a therapist in an outpatient
community mental health clinic and as a school-based therapist in Prince
George’s County. Yveline enjoys working with individuals of all ages. Her
goal is to help support her clients navigate through the different stressors
they might experience every day.
Yveline customizes her techniques specifically to her clients’ needs, but
primarily utilizes a person-centered approach and cognitive behavioral
therapy. Yveline has vast experience counseling clients with, depression,
anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and ADHD. Her background
enables me to be an effective social worker who is comfortable
counseling diverse groups of people.
Yveline received her Bachelor of Social Work, from the University of
Maryland Baltimore County, and her Master of Social Work from the
University of Maryland School of Social Work.
