Susan is a LCSW-C and a Maryland State Approved Supervisor for Social Workers and Counselors. She is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). She comes with 25 years of experience in both clinical and school-based settings.

Susan offers a high level of clinical expertise that includes working with neurodivergency, mood disorders, attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder, anxiety and trauma. She employs an integrative approach, incorporating ART, cognitive behavioral therapy, Social Thinking, mindfulness and play therapy.

Susan is committed to the belief that the client-therapist relationship is one of​ the most important aspects of therapy. Her authentic, strength-based approach is grounded in empowering individuals to make positive changes for the purpose of cultivating healthy relationships and achieving personal goals.

Susan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Buffalo and a​ Masters in Social Work from the University of Albany in New York.
