Elizabeth is an LCSW-C and Board Certified Clinical Supervisor with over 12 years of experience with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health needs and life transition issues. She believes in the resilience and capacity for change in everyone. Elizabeth works to create an open and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment, utilizing a personalized, strengths-based approach for every client.
Elizabeth incorporates a number of strategies from various practices and theories, including CBT, client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care. Additionally, Elizabeth is a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) Practitioner skilled in working with foster and post-adoptive families.
Elizabeth received her Bachelor’s in Social Work from UMBC and her Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland, School of Social Work. She works with individuals, children, and families and offers both day and evening hours.
Elizabeth is in the office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
