Mary Nash, LMSW is under the supervision of Kate Sprague, LCSW-C.
Mary Nash provides a person-centered therapeutic setting that is warm, relaxed, and supportive. Her clinical experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, disordered eating, addictive behavior patterns, and trauma has informed her eclectic practice style, in which she draws from mindfulness, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches. She seeks to provide an affirming, safe, and calming therapy experience tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Mary Nash is also passionate about working with individuals and their families as they confront a chronic illness or terminal diagnosis, or who are grieving the loss of a significant relationship. Mary Nash completed her BA in History at Bryn Mawr College and her Master of Social Work at the University of Maryland School of Social Work. She comes to the field with diverse professional experience in public policy and finance and is very excited to continue her work with individuals, groups, and families in a clinical capacity.
