Tiffany Ross is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.  She has over 12 years’ experience in psychiatry and over 18 years in the medical field.  She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adolescents and adults. Tiffany possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by her natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. She believes in creating an individualized plan of care that values patient involvement, interprofessional collaboration, and evidence-based practice with a holistic approach. Her goal is for patients to feel empowered to treat their illness through supportive education in a stigma free environment.

Tiffany received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Coppin State University, her Master of Science in Nursing from Washington Adventist University, and her Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. She has worked in various settings, including inpatient care, outpatient clinics, home health and correctional facilities. She has experience treating a broad range of psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), PTSD, and insomnia.

​When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and visiting local small businesses. Tiffany loves to travel and experience new cultures and locations. Also, a sports fan, she is always cheering on her youngest son at his football and basketball games.
