Natalie (she/her) is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) who brings warmth to her work with clients. Currently, Natalie is part of Anchor’s virtual team, where she provides therapeutic support under the supervision of Jessica Ryan, LCSW-C.
Natalie's educational journey began at University of Richmond, where she pursued a double major in Psychology and Spanish, laying a strong foundation for her future in counseling. She then went on to earn her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Loyola University in Baltimore. During her training at Loyola, Natalie immersed herself in diverse clinical settings including psychiatric inpatient, elementary/middle school, and private practice work. Through these experiences, Natalie honed her skills in working with individuals grappling with complex trauma (such as dissociative identity disorder and PTSD), relationship challenges, grief, and self discovery. Natalie's holistic approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, existentialism, and cultural sensitivity. She believes in creating a collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, develop self-awareness, and embark on their journey towards healing and growth. She sees her clients as fellow travelers through life and looks forward to walking alongside them as they navigate life's challenges and embrace their inherent capacity for change.
