Jenna Seiss is a counseling intern under the supervision of Kate Sprague, LCSW.
Jenna (She/Her) grew up in Frederick County and after spending some time in Colorado, has decided to return home to continue her education. Jenna received her Bachelor's degree from University of Maryland Baltimore County acquiring dual degrees in Psychology and Biology. Currently, she is a graduate student attending Adam State University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master's degree program. With a professional background in health care and a keen interest in human behavior, Jenna brings a unique perspective to her studies and future practice. Jenna employs an integrative, person-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard, allowing clients to explore their feelings and concerns at their own pace and in their own way. She creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and valued. She believes in the inherent worth and potential of each individual and works collaboratively with her clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
